Our organ has served the congregation well since it was installed in 1969. However, decades of use, dry weather, and even past church renovation projects have taken a serious toll. The inner workings of the organ have deteriorated to the point that the organist never knows exactly what sounds will spring forth. A major overhaul is desperately needed if the organ is to continue to sustain the music programs of the church.
The estimated cost for the organ restoration is $125,000. This investment would ensure that the organ continues to serve our musical needs for a minimum of another 50 years. The restoration will take approximately six to eight months from the time we order the console to the celebration of our new organ with a public recital.
Please support this project with your generous donations; no matter how big or small, they all make a difference.
